Bernhard is responsible for the business concept and the strategic management of the RIGHT PLACE entities. He Austrian by birth and settled down in Saint Petersburg in 2007. He holds a double-master degree in Banking & Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation and gained international experience living in Germany, Australia, Russia, Ukraine and Austria.

Having worked as private tutor for high-school kids Bernhard explored his fondness for teaching. Meanwhile, he continuously developed his skills as business & language trainer and holds the degree of “Certified Local Trainer” of JCI.

Beside his “Russian” responsibilities as Senior Advisor STRATEGICA (specialized on Corporate Finance & Business Advisory) and President of JCI Spb EK, he runs successfully the Austrian Software-Start-up DAGOPT Optimal Solutions, which he founded during his studies in Vienna. Bernhard speaks German, English, Russian, Spanish and French.

Marina Bahenskaya

Marina was born in Saint Petersburg. In 2008 she graduated from Saint Petersburg State University, faculty of Sociology for Labor Economics and continued with a PhD-program in Social Management and Planning. During her studies she gained international experience as an exchange student at the University of Dresden, followed by a one-year internship at a German government organization.

In 2003 Marina established her first business, providing consulting services for company foundation and its related administration/documentation. This was the beginning of the story of “Uspeh” (rus. Success, name of the company).

From 2006-07 she supported companies like “Центр керамического гранита” (Centre for ceramics) and the Austrian company «Homa».

Currently Marina owns and manages the education and consulting centre “Успех“. Moreover she actively contributes her expertise to new business projects.

Marina has wide experience in adult training and teaching. She speaks excellent German, English and Italian. She holds a certificate in German translation, covering business correspondence and personal assistance for business negotiations.

Sasha Surzhanskaya

Sasha was born in far away Chita, then moved to historical city Pskov and finally turned out to be in St Pete. She came here after graduation from school and now she is student of the 3rd course of the State University of Economy & Finance on the faculty of management.

She has chosen active life position and follows it every minute. From the first year of study she joined global leadership organization AIESEC, which contributed a lot for her personal and professional development. There she organized regional conference for 140 people, took part in organization of international conference, and for the whole year she was responsible for talent management sphere in Local committee.

She has quite wide training experience. She speaks excellent English and has some knowledge of French and Spanish. She enjoys working with different types of people and discovering new opportunities.
