First of all - a warm welcome to RIGHT PLACE!
We really hope that when you leave you’ll say, “yeah, that was definitely the right place to stay.” Believe us, we really do try everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our concept is to provide you with everything you need at a fair price.
So the ultimate first rule is – Make yourself at home!

1. CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
Officially 12.00 check-out, 14.00 check-in. But no problem if you stay longer, when we got no new guests. If you arrive earlier we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

2. RECEPTION
24h – there should always be somebody in the hostel. Occasionally we might be sleeping but you can wake us up.

3. KEYS & DOOR LOCKING
To make your stay as comfortable as possible and avoid inconvenient situations, e.g. people standing in front of locked doors, we provide door keys for 500 RUR deposit, which you certainly get back at your check-out. Again, please always lock the main door. Reasons of security - we like our stuff and hope you like yours.

4. LUGGAGE STORAGE

Storage as long as you like –we’ll put it in our private room. Just coordinate with the administrator.
5. LOCKERS – FREE-OF-CHARGE
Find them near our reception. Choose anything what’s available. Don’t forget to return the keys.

6. BREAKFAST
It is for free till noon. Help yourself.
7. SMOKING & ALCOHOL
See special info on the kitchen wall about how we handle alcohol and smoking in the hostel

8. DRINKS & FOOD
As a special service, we got some convenience food for you (@ wholesale prices). Directly sourced from local producer- we eat and so it ain’t bad.

9. SPECIAL SERVICE (FREE-OF-CHARGE)
E.g. lockers, internet, coffee, tea. If you ask nicely, we’ll also borrow you our laptops to check your emails.

10. COMPLAINTS
The more suggestions you got to improve our service, the happier we gonna be. Help us be better. Don’t hesitate. You really can tell us everything. We won’t be upset.
